How I actually work.

Every engagement follows the same five steps. The work changes; the process doesn't. This is how I make sure your marketing is built on strategy — not improvisation — and how I keep the timeline, scope, and budget honest from day one.

    Discover

    We start with a conversation — not a creative brief. I want to understand your business, your customers, your offer, and what success actually looks like for you. This is where most agencies skip steps; I refuse to.

    Strategize

    I take everything I learned in discovery and build a single marketing roadmap. What we make, in what order, on what platforms, for what audience. The strategy is written down so we both have something to point at when decisions get hard.

    Build

    Launch

    Grow

Principles I work by

A few things I won't do.

I won't take on work that doesn't fit.

If I can't help you win, I'll say so on the discovery call and point you to someone who can. My time is limited; yours is more limited.

I won't hide behind jargon.

If I can't explain a recommendation in plain English, I haven't thought about it hard enough yet.

I won't disappear after launch.

Launching the site is the easy part. The growth phase is where the real returns come from — and where most agencies vanish.

I won't outsource the craft.

Your website is built by me. Your video is shot and edited by me. Your social is run by me. That's the whole point.
